The Planning Board of the Township of Boonton, County of Morris generally holds its regular monthly meetings on the first Monday of each month at 7:30 PM at the Boonton Township Municipal Building, 155 Powerville Road Boonton Township, NJ 07005. Meeting dates are as follows:

Zoning

A Zoning Permit is required to be obtained for most construction projects as well as the following:

Swimming Pool Installation

  • Construction/Placement of a storage shed
  • Fence
  • Tree Removal

Application for a Zoning Permit - include with the application:

  • property survey showing the setback information
  • basic construction plans
  • $50.00 fee payable to Boonton Township.
