- 200 Foot List (Buffer List) - do not modify this form as this will only serve to delay its processing. There are only two options for receiving the Buffer List, by USPS (please provide a self addressed stamped envelope with your form) or to have it picked up from the administrative office of the municipal building. The cost, $10, can only be paid by check or cash. Although there is no form of electronic payment at this time, you can email the completed form to the Tax Assessor's office at jcardini@boontontownship.com .
