Township Committee

The Township government consists of a five-member Township Committee. The Township Committee members are elected for a three-year term. The Chairman and Vice-chairman serve as the Mayor and Deputy Mayor, respectively and are selected by the Township Committee.

Regular Committee Meetings

Work Session Meetings 
The Township Committee conducts a workshop meeting once a month, generally on the Wednesday preceding the first Regular Meeting of the month at 7 PM.

Low / Moderate Income Housing 
This office also serves as the office for Public Works and for the 24 low/moderate housing units located in Boonton Township. Waiting lists are maintained on a first come first serve basis. All units are for purchase and are owner occupied. Applications are available by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to address above or by clicking the following link.
